It’s hard to dis a friend.
Jon Stewart uncommonly devoted only a small amount of Monday night’s Daily show to Rep. Anthony Weiner’s digital sleaze scandal, the biggest political story of the week.
“I can’t believe that this guy and I are the same F-ing age”, he said, commenting on the congressman’s physique.
“You know we forget sometimes, I certainly do, that these people are human. And that’s a lesson that’s gonna stay with me until I turn back to the camera over there and do a little bit on the John Edwards story.”
Remember when it was the Republicans that had all the sex scandals? Oh, the good ‘ol days.
