“The big winner? Any Republican who was thinking about getting into the race.”
Ouch. Zap. Zing. Bang. Pow.
Yes, my reaction to First Read’s reaction to the first Republican debate is being portrayed as a sad, old school Batman fight scene farce.
For anyone who watched it, as I did, you can understand: It was like watching the Republican B-Team, or being stuck listening to the sucky first band of a concert while trying not to drink too much too quickly in anticipation of the main act. Polderdash indeed.
