Beck: “Glee” is a Horror Show Singing Propaganda Anthems
Glenn Beck worries that we–ignorant, unreflective Americans such as himself–have a hard time fighting youthful propaganda promoting the end of capitalism and white-ness.
Hm… perhaps for once he is truly stating something fundamentally profound concerning the frightening downward crawl of our classic American social values in this time of uncertainty and cultural peril. Or, more likely, his problem is that he merely has a television in his bedroom like Sean Hannity. It’s a toss up, really.
I’m guessing that now that he’s leaving Fox
News, Beck doesn’t care if he pisses off Rupert Murdoch. O’Reilly the “culture warrior” is a little more careful. He may occasionally complain about Family Guy, but he knows better than to mess with another one of his Aussie master’s cash cows. Even if
it’s such a nuclear missile of liberal secular progressive propaganda as Glee.
